All items are sold "as found" and no disputes will be entered into after the fall of the hammer or closure of bidding regarding quality, quantity or error of description. A viewing time is provided, by appointment, for interested purchasers - additional images & condition reports can be supplied on request. WA ART AUCTIONS act as agents only, descriptions, documents & estimates provided by us, the vendors or any other third party, are opinions only and do not constitute statements of fact, accreditations or reserves. The standard internationally accepted terms of authenticity or attribution are at times applied. Ownership passes directly to the buyer at the conclusion of the bidding and the buyer assues immediate responsibility as the principal, for all payments, fees, insurances and removal. Payment must be tendered at the conclusion of the sale, or by prior arrangement. WA ART AUCTIONS reserve tthe right to: a] regulate the bidding increments b]withdraw any lots without notice c]execute absentee bids or bids on behalf of the vendor[s].
We are able to offer Interstate and Overseas shipping via PacknSend who ship via courier services - all cost pertaining to this are to the purchasers account. Some of the artworks are large and heavy and would therefore be costly to ship overseas - please review the framed sizes in the listings or contact us. In the event of any damage[s] in transit, or through the shipping process, we require notification within 3 days, accompanied by relevant images and a damage report.
BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: As from the 1st September 2015, all Buyers commissions earned from general online and live auctions and seller's commission from private treaty sales will now be donated to a worthy charity. We prefer West Australian based Charities only and until we have a permanent nominated registered charity to support, we are happy to donate to one of your choice - a confirmation of same will be supplied. Any West Australian registered Charity organisation is welcome to contact us regarding being placed on a Donor's list.
