IMPORTANT BASIC CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ALL AUCTIONS: Intending buyers are required to register on this website or the relevant auction platform website in order to be able to bid. All items are sold "as found" and no disputes will be entered into after the fall of the hammer or closure of bidding regarding quality, quantity, provenance or any error of description. A viewing time is provided, by appointment, for interested purchasers - additional images & condition reports can be supplied on request. If any relevant documents, provenance or accreditations are available, these will form part of the lot description. The standard internationally accepted terms of authenticity or attribution are at times applied. Ownership passes directly to the buyer at the conclusion of the bidding and the buyer assues immediate responsibility as the principal, for all payments, fees, insurances and removal. Payment must be tendered at the conclusion of the sale, or by prior arrangement. We are able to offer Interstate and Overseas shipping via PacknSend who ship via courier services - all cost pertaining to this are to the purchasers account. Some of the artworks are large and heavy and would therefore be costly to ship overseas - please review the framed sizes in the listings or contact us. In the event of any damage[s] in transit, or through the shipping process, we require notification within 3 days, accompanied by relevant images and a damage report.
